Is the block in a specific game, or Xbox Live. If it's Xbox live, you'll have to post your inquiry in the suspension forum here
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx so a member of the enforcement team can respond. They are the only ones that have access to that information.
Also check the email address tied to the account. The enforcement team typically sends out an email about the suspension.
If is game specific you'll have to check with the specific game developer as to the reason for the suspension.
