Blocked account xbox live.

Hello dear Microsoft support. I bought xbox live gold 06.06.2015 for 1 month. Auto-renewal of subscriptions is disabled. 06.07.2015 subscription not ran out. And on the following days continued to work . But fully 1 month I didn't use . Since I went on vacation on 04.08.2015. 4 days before this stopped in to go to your xbox 360, and when I arrived saw the lock. Now they want me to pay money while subscription appeared from behind glitch xbox live , but because of the delay a price increase in worth as much as gold. I love your service and respect him , and not some playstatione and wish to see a lot of improvement so please help. I am asking for your respect and understanding and would like to have the block removed. In advance thank you. If will not release the lock , then tell me why should I pay ?

Thanks for the support message.

Your account may be suspended do to an outstanding balance on your account.  Auto-renewal subscriptions bill you AFTER you have used the subscription/month.  So, in other words, this means that if you disable auto-renewal, and remove your credit card on file before it bills you your final payment, your account will be suspended until the balance is paid.

Please go to support.xbox.com/contact-us/ and reach out to an Xbox Billing Support Specialist.  They will walk you through on how to get the outstanding balance paid, and then they will unlock your account.
