Bing rewards, can I be given redeem codes from people who don't want them?

I know Microsoft can tell if you create more than one account from one computer or one ISP but what about those that aren't? I have some friends and middle age family members who use bing. If they sign up and don't want the rewards can they redeem say an XBOX Live Gold or MS Points code and then text/email the code to me? I mean if they're going to use it why can't I? Or is that against the service agreement. A lot of them are gift cards so maybe I'm being too hopeful.

Yes but points are region locked .US codes only work in the US.

Yes, they can redeem points for the codes, and give you the codes for you to redeem on your account.

Bing has a reward system. If you join Bing rewards, after x number of searches you are given reward pts. These can be traded in for various rewards like Microsoft pts or starbucks, tickets to sweepstakes etc.
