I have tried three times in the past twelve minutes to contact someone at support on the phone and no one is available. I am calling about billing and why the price of the Gold membership has gone up this year. I am a college student and only budget so much into this area of my spending and I am thinking about giving up on this hassle and asking for a PS3 for Christmas since no one will help me from Microsoft and I wouldn't even have to pay for a membership with them. .....thoughts? are you listening Microsoft? BTW I want to stay with Xbox and Microsoft, but this is getting ridiculous, this happens every time I call. I have been a four year member to Live Gold and I think I deserve better assistance than this.
