Billing support wont stop emailing me

I cancelled my direct debit before my account ran out and then i started using prepayed cards things and now i don't stop getting emails for interruption of service how is this even possible im no longer using debit cards its a prepayed card.

Who did you cancel your direct debit with? Your bank or MS? Unless you called support for your region and told MS to turn off auto renewal on that account then you did not do it correctly and MS would still try to charge the payment instrument they have on file provided by you.

 

What you will need to do is contact support for your region, select billing, and resolve the outstanding balance. Once that is done you can remove the payment instrument and use pre-paid cards from there.
