Billing date after being awarded the free three months

Hi, I have been awarded the free 3 months and the 1600 points after the software issue that XBL had, my Points balance has gone up but my renewal date is still showing the date it would normally for 1 month renewal on 3rd october. is this something that will just sort itself out as time goes on?

Hey there! Two things: have you gotten an expiration notice to your email address? If not, it will probably sort itself out. Also, you can check on https://billing.microsoft.com to see if that provides you any more information on the matter. Thanks!

Hi, in my services its just showing my current 1 month recurring service and the original expired free month when I Created the account.

I wont get an expiration notice on my current month as I am on the recurring 1 month plan. I'd just rather the three months were applied to my account and used before I start a new billing cycle. Its not that I cant afford the month, its just i'm fussy that way haha.

I think Ill give support a call tomorrow see what they say :)
