BEWARE!! XBOX CHARGING FOR GAMES NOT PURCHASED!

I recieved two emails today informing me of points purchased to cover the purchase of a Fruit Ninja Kinect game.  I DID NOT purchase this game. I don't even own a Kinect.  I called support and was told that I was SOL.  They would not reverse the charges - even though they could tell I had never played the game.  They told me to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges which I did.

How many other people have they done this to?

Does anyone else have access to your account? You might want to phone Xbox Support and open an Unauthorised Access Claim, but your account will be locked for upto 30 days.

Yep I had received the same thing about another game and I was SOL. No refund policy and they mean it even if you didn't purchase it.
