I recieved two emails today informing me of points purchased to cover the purchase of a Fruit Ninja Kinect game. I DID NOT purchase this game. I don't even own a Kinect. I called support and was told that I was SOL. They would not reverse the charges - even though they could tell I had never played the game. They told me to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges which I did.
How many other people have they done this to?
