Beta

Hello people,

I need someone help, I purchased gold some days ago and I cannot access it,
after some tries, the last microsoft attendant said that my Account, "Seu Gui" was marked for beta and that it could be related to the Issue.

He asked me to post a question in the Beta private forum about it, but all I got is a message "Group not Found". He said that it would take some minutes to the system allow me to enter, but some time has passed and I still cannot access it.

Could someone confirm this to me?

I cannot use my gold membership and after the last update my system won't read any discs (Open Tray even after dvd/cd is inserted).

The beta is now over, and the updates being tested have now gone public. This may be why you cannot access the beta forum. Are you sure that you added the Gold to the correct account? As for the disc tray, that seems like a hardware issue, not something caused by a software update. You may want to look into getting your console repaired by Microsoft.

About the tray, thanks, I will look into it.

About the gold. Yeah I'm very sure. The people at customer support confirmed three times that. The last one told me about this forum and that I was marked as beta. I just don't know what to do anymore x(

Maybe I will try to call my regional customer support as this issue may be related with the servers located here.
