I've reviewed the information in your service request and I'd be happy to help you. All recognized participants that receive items have the items added directly to their accounts. If you did not receive an item then that means you were not officially part of the Beta. I'd suggest checking your Avatar area under your helmet section for the item if it exists ( or whatever area the item would likely be ). I regret to inform you that my team has no insight into these avatar items and cannot supply tokens for them.
