Being double charged for XBL account, online support useless.

Tried contacting the online chat support to rectify the situation, both times the operator simply stops responding - the first chat I stayed in for 40 minutes asking for an update, the second has been going for 20 minutes at the current count with no response since asking how I am today.

Absolutely abysmal customer support. I have transcripts of both conversations, but this is getting beyond a joke. Across two conversations I've now been waiting 60 minutes and counting.

Anyone have any ideas how to actually get support to, y'know, actually respond?
