Being bill twice for two different amounts?

Noticed my credit card bill and for the past few months, Ive been charge by xbox live twice for two different amounts (normal monthly rate, and a 10 dollar thing)...
checked around and there is no explaination for this at all...

Anyone else have this issue?

I would check your billing history for Live by going to https://www.billing.microsoft.com.  From there you should be able to see what transactions you've made and what they were for.  If you believe anything looks wrong you'll need to call support and go through to billing.
