Batman: Arkham City E3 Demo Trailered in Full With Cat and Bats Action

One of our highlights of E3 2011 (we gave it Action Game of the Show) Warner Bros. and Rocksteady have released a gameplay trailer for Batman: Arkham City showing Catwoman mixing it up, while Batman glides through the titular city looking to rescue Ms. Kyle from an untimely end at the hands of Harvey Dent AKA Two-Face.

You'll get to see some of the story-driven cut-scenes (don't worry. There's no spoilers), some of Bats' athletic traversal moves and his fluid FreeFlow fighting complete with new finishing moves. There's even the bit where we went off track and did an interrogation to discover some Riddler secrets. It's almost identical to our playthrough of the demo at E3.

For more impressions from our hands-on with Batman: Arkham City, check out our preview. Be sure to watch the ten minutes or so of gameplay first though. Batman: Arkham City is due to swoop in on October 18th, 2011 in North America and October 21st, 2011 in Europe.

Awesome thanks for that

Game play looks amazing; wasn't interested in this but after seeing that it may be an earlier purchased than i first thought!

i've been interested in this from day one but looking at the video it makes me want it even more (if thats at all possible) batman as it should be

Looks great. was worried when they said you could play as cat woman but it looks like they've done a good job of differentiating her.
