Banned

  1. I have been banned and absolutely no explanation!  No emails, nothing.  I am certain a solid explanation must be provided.  I have reviewed all the guidelines and can honestly and absolutely say I have not violated any rules or guidelines!  So what if XBOX makes an error- how can I find this out?  I have been completely disappointed with customer service and care. When did any consumers loose their right for honesty, truth and customer care and let someone say something without any reason or evidence?   Please help!  This is absolutely crazy!!!!!

You guys are posting this issue in the wrong forum, only the XBLPET agents at forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx can provide any answers to your issues.
