Banned.

So I get an e-mail saying I stole points and codes and duplicated my purchase history. Id like to know when and how this happened seeing as I bought all my points the credit card on file and used those points to buy all the games on my profile. So I would like proof of what actions I took do this. I also would like to know why I am no longer able to play the games Ive purchased legally with your fake money (MS points). Thank you.

As Sonic said you need to post all questions for ban or suspensions here. They are the only ones who can provide an official reply.

When an account is permanently banned from XBL everything associated with it is considered forfeit as per the XBL Terms of Service. That includes; gamer score, game saves, ms points, Live time and download content. All of that is gone forever and is non-transferable and non-refundable. And the only thing you purchased was a license to use the content on Live.

 

If you don't want to lose everything you should adhere to the contracts that you legally agreed to follow.

Are you sure you haven't clicked a virus while signed in through xbox.com? some links lead to viruses
