Okay, part 1 was my nice official sounding message. This is part 2 where we're going to 'be real'. Okay? I'm not kidding. No Microsoft staff monitor this forum on a regular basis.  I know that 1-800-4MY-XBOX may have sent you here but in Canada our forums work a little different and those phone support guys don't seem to know that. They can tell you exactly why your console was banned.  Go there. Make a post. Wait for a reply from the policy enforcement team.

EDIT - Judging from the messages I'm getting, there are some people who seem to be under the false impression that I work for Microsoft. Let's clear that up. I do not work for Microsoft. I am an Xbox fan and super-volunteer. I can't tell you anything other than to direct you to the above forum. Hope that clears things up!

Nope, nor do they read the Stickies here at the top.  But that's not surprising.  Over 6 years of office management has taught me that as soon as you put an important sign up for everyone's benefit, everyone becomes illiterate.

It's not necessarily their fault. They call Xbox Support and support tells them to go to the forums.  If you're coming via Xbox.com the support forum is clearly marked but from Xbox.ca you're brought directly to this forum without any clear navigation as to where you're supposed to go to ask questions. Hopefully my threads resolve that.  I can already see Canadians heading to the right place so it's starting to work. Just need to give it more time.

They just need to switch back to the old forum format, the new forums are a complete mess.

No problem. I just want to make sure people are getting to the right place. The next time I talk with the Microsoft people in Redmond I'm going to see if I can't get some policy changes sent to the phone support office.

well im posting in the banned section and it's not appearing posted more than 7 time, I have the feeling like they don't wat to help me bcause I've been mistakely banned I know this 3 years of loyalty played it fair and you want  to accuse me of somethin I did not do ridiculous
