banned for their fault mistake

yeah i know i have silver membership but it said i would get 3 months of gold membership and 1600 microsoft points apllied to my account, i recieved my points but not the gold membership, im not getting it and i shouldnt have to pay for gold and then it doesnt work, thats you guys making a mistake and me paying for that mistake...its not fair that i gotta go buy another xbox for 200 just becasue an error from you guys
