Banned console

So now they are locking post that speak about console bans and telling us to go to the suspension forum ,where they say they will not answer any questions about console bans. HELLO wake up. Don't tell us to go to the suspension forum we cannot post there. They screen posts and do not post ours about console bans. I have posted there 4 times with no post or response. Now tell me why I should post there again?

You shouldn't post there. Telling people to do so is a waste of time.

They will either delete your post or not approve it to be shown, and simply send you an email telling you to read this Console Suspensions - Xbox.com

So basically, an entire population in xbox live is having a problem yet the amazing customer support won't acknowledge it? Sounds fishy to me.

is this console banned going to be temporary or permanent  banned cause that could change my whole look into is?

but i didn't do any to valuate the term of use or code of conduct I didn't mod my Xbox in anyway, i dint download anything illegal, or say  anything offives to anyboboy so why am banned then?

Absolutely no idea why you've been banned, I'm just a gamer like you. The only people who could answer, the Enforcement Team, wont answer.

They need to answer soon. I'm trying to be very rational about this but it's very frustrating when the only people who have an answer for us won't answer.

I have contact the PET Head guy...no reply...So i give up...Buying me ps3...cause xbox have a poor customer service....I get better customer service at a ghetto chicken place..LOL...
