Banned console issue resolved

Hello my gamertag is GigasWolf. Im not sure where to post this but any direction would help. After the situation with many consoles being banned last month including mine the issue was somehow resolved. I am now able to play online again thanks by the way. I received an email stating the reasons behind the upset and an apology. The email also stated i would receive 3 months of gold free and 1600 Micrsoft points. I received my Microsoft points more than a week ago and was wondering when they would start my 3 months of gold. Any reply will due just so I know what exactly is going to take place.

No one's entirely sure how the 3 months are getting dished out. If you haven't received all or part of the compo then the advice is to call support and see what's happening with it. Check your e-mail contact details are up to date too.
