Awful

Just on my phone now cancelling my account for Xbox Live, Microsoft sends me in loops trying to figure info out and generally are just super unhelpful. For some reason I cant access my account on the phone or website. Im at the end of my rope with this horrid service.

My parental Email. I was told that its still up and running and that its no longer in service. No info I provide will access this account. I've phoned 14 times over the last week and had my problem escalated 5 times with only getting 1 response saying its impossible. I'm done with this running around. Nobody seems to be helpful with it.

Well let me start by saying that the person who did respond with that it's impossible may be correct, actually. Let me tell you why! When you lose your password, there's a form that will help you reset it, we all know this. You may use a secret question, or a different e-mail. Now when you forget both of those, there's one more option and that's to fill out the application to Microsoft to validate that you are the owner. And when that option is declined, there is no other choice but to make a new one! I'm so sorry to be the one telling you this, but if you can't find the information to retrieve the account back there is nothing we here can do in the forums.

You're not the first one. Dont think that you're special doing that. I gave them the correct information. I gave them all my addresses and Credit Card Numbers. I dont know what to do anymore. I tried to use a single access code but its not sending. And now they wont let me cancel to get rid of my information.

Nobody said anything about being special, and there's no need to be hostile towards me, I'm just here to try and help :). Now like I stated before, if you can't access it, then there's no way to change or cancel any of the information, sorry!

Well being nice doesn't work either. Now I cant delete my Credit card. I dont agree with the terms that microsoft sets

No, the ToU is to protect people and their privacy. When you make an account it's your responsibility to keep your information and update it/check on it regularly.
