Good job Microsoft you have failed complete when I came to your knew head sets. You made the part that connects to the controller I can't even pull it off without fear of breaking it, which I think I have done. Now because Microsoft did a horrible job
making their headsets it doesn't fall under warranty cause I can tell if I broke while trying to unplug it or if it's a malfunction with the product. Good going Microsoft. EPIC FAIL
