Make sure you have the right account setup on your phone. You can check this under Settings > Emails+accounts. It will be based off the set for the Microsoft Account (MSA). As long as that email is correctly tied to your Gamertag, it should sync up. If it's
correct but not showing up, try long-pressing the MSA and tapping sync. Another option might be refreshing the Games hub section on your phone.
If the MSA is incorrect... the only way to change it is a hard reset of the phone.
