t is rather annoying. Me and my friends were trying Xbox Life for the month trial. When it was over, Autorenewl was off, we get an email saying the account was renewed and the money from my account was STILL taken. How do I contact Xbox to fix this and get my money back? I doubt they need 10$, but I do. Seeing as the autorenewl was OFF yet it still renewed, I consider this theft. So would really like hlp. It was not that it was 10$ but the fact it was stolen even though we had not only ended the free trial, but the auto renew was OFF.
