As an added precaution on that, if you opt to cancel the auto-renew be sure to do so *before* you see the charge on your bank account as otherwise it may be too late to request a refund. (For myself it wasn't charged until 30 days after the 'billing date')
Also be sure to have all of your account information when you call.
