Auto-Renewal

Hello,

I created a new account last month and added a new billing account. However, I did not want it to auto-renew and I went through the steps of stopping it, but it still auto-renewed yesterday. Is there any way to get my money back, because I did not plan to lose $9.99 and this is going to mess up my budget for this month. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

                                            Unfortunately not, as the auto renew process was not deactivated in time then the renew process has updated and this transaction is non refundable.

Please refer to xbox terms and conditions 5.9

From the following link click Billing and Memberships> then under manage my account click Other> then at the bottom of the page click request a call.

You may also call support yourself at 1.800.4MY.XBOX in the US and Canada.

if you are not in the US or Canada I would be glad to look up the support number for your region..
