Auto-Renewal Question

Hi. My account was set to auto renew this month on 25 August, but I decided to just buy a new month of Live today (15 August) just so I could get it out of the way early. Now it tells me that my auto renewal date is set for 15 September. Did I lose those 10 days of Live just by deciding to by a month of Live before my subscription was up? I was previously under the impression that the time stacked up, anyways any answer would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

I think it replaces what your have and it doesn't stack up as you said.

You shouldn't lose that LIVE time, it just adjusts your auto-renewal date based on your last subscription update. If you feel like you did lose these 10 days, you can call up phone support to have them look into it further.
