Auto-Renewal Issues.

I currently have a 1 month Gold subscription for Xbox Live which I pay by bank card and it Auto-Renews each month, however recently I have had financial difficulties which and would like to turn the Auto-Renewal off. I came on to here and went to my account settings and tried to turn the Auto-Renewal off but it came up with an error. The 06/10/2011 is the next renewal date and would like to turn it off before then.

The only way to turn off auto renewal is to call support (1-800-4MY-XBOX in North America) and have them turn it off for you.  Be aware that if you purchase live in the future, it will turn auto renewal back on.  Once you revert to silver you can call support again and have them remove the card and purchase live from the store if you like.

How do you view the auto renewal date? I can't figure out what my renewal date is...

Well seeing as how you're currently a silver account, I don't think you need to worry about when a renewal date comes around.
