auto renewal issues

When i go to change my auto renewal it asks me for a code which has been sent to my email address. The email address it sends it to isnt one which even exists and im not able to change email address on my account until next year which by then the auto renewal will have taken place.( i dont want this to happen). Is anyone able to shed any light on any other ways to change my auto renewal settings as to avoid having to fork out money for something i dont want or use, bearing in mine the auto renewal is due to take place in 2/3 days time.

The only other way would be to call support and have them turn it off for you.

To have the agent call you, click on Request A Call at  http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:6:1 - and if you don't live in the US, replace the red US with your country code (e.g., GB for the UK). That's quicker than calling in.
