AUS Phone Number for Missing Accessory Service Request Pls!!!!

Does anyone know a phone number where you can call and speak to an xbox person IN Australia. I had my xbox one replaced under warranty and they still haven't sent me the PSU. I created two Service Requests, one for the console and another for the PSU, both have been confirmed as having been received by xbox. I have received replacement console but not PSU!!! Can't play my Xbox and I'm tired of calling and chatting overseas and getting nowhere!! I just need it sent out!!!

The http://myservice.xbox.com site shows the original Service order has been deleted/removed and only the order for the console remains. They have created another Service Request for the PSU but I keep getting messages asking me to send the faulty PSU to them, but that's already been done as part of the original Service Request. They have confirmed they have received it at their depot via the original Tracking Number but still haven't sent another one out. Its really frustrating. I will call today. Thanks so much for your help!
