Audio/Video Out of Sync

I am having trouble with my audio/video getting out of sync frequently. This is most noticeable when using the TV app. Has anyone else been experiencing this? It hasn't seemed to be a problem until recently.

I too have this problem! At first I thought it was just the TV app, but now I have realised it's a global problem!
