Audio Question

I have a soundbar which is my "surround". My surround bar has an optical cable that runs from my soundbar to the TV. Then my xbox one has an hdmi running to my tv. Unfortunately i have no receiver. My xbox currently has Stereo Uncompressed which sounds horrible. And i doubt it will ever support Dolby or DTS, so what is my best bet to do? Thanks if anyone helps.

The xbox one does support dolby surround.  There are issues with the HDMI pass through at the moment.

Either wait for a patch to fix. or go buy a receiver.

[/quote] So it will support it like it does with the 360? So if i dont have a receiver, i will still be able to get Surround sound?
