ATTENTION Mister Beep

I have been having troubles with game dvr recording and capturing. I went to 4 different support reps and finally after about 2 hours I was told to message you yesterday. I did so about 24 hours ago and was told that it was a 1 to 2 hr response. I don't know hoow else to contact you other than post in the forums as many others have done
