Attempting to transfer charges

Okay, long story short, I was hacked in September. Reported, account was suspended, bank said I got charged for my account in October. Called up to the support line, spent an hour disputing the charges with an Xbox Representitive. Whole call is recorded, and I am told certain details about the charge, and when I would get what was charged.

Fast forward to November. Get my account back, get a 3 month code, and it says my Xbox time is still good. This month, I receive a charge for last month. Funny thing is, the card that was used got stolen, and deactivated. I call up, argue for another hour, and they check for the October charge, and it is missing. Funny thing is, it still shows on the bank account.

Now, in order to use the code I was given, I have to pay ANOTHER $9.99 + tax. Fine, after calming down, I began to work out a sensible solution. Figured I'd get a Green Dot card or something. Few days later, my dad's employer sends me a $50 Chase gift card. I figured, well, I can use this to pay off what I "owe".

Guess what? It accepted the card, but refuses to let me transfer the charges to it. Yes, I went to the billing site, I did as was instructed, and it will not accept it! Here is the thing though, it is technically a non-reloading debit/credit card, so it should work. I just got one year of CoD Elite, and I can't use it after today because of some in-office snafu! I try to call up there, and I am told it will be 30 minute to 1 hour before I can talk to anyone!

All I want is for the money to come out of the card so I can use the code that was given to me without any more B.S. or charges.

call support forum support people nor normal people like us cannot help you with billing
