Attempting to purchase Xbox Live Family Plan - Error Messages

Hey guys,

My fiancee and I just purchased a 360, with a 1 month free trial gold account. We are trying to purchase the family plan now, but when I go to pay for it on the website it says, "This action cannot be performed at this time. Go to Http://www.xbox.com/support for more information.

I've tried this with both my debit card and my credit card (both have sufficient funds/credit to perform the action) and I receive the same message. Can anyone help me out?

It may be a problem with the website itself.  Have you tried upgrading to the family pack from your console?

Hrmm, I haven't tried that yet onyx62is. I'll try later on this evening when I get back to our apartment. I'll post the results.
