My fiancee and I just purchased a 360, with a 1 month free trial gold account. We are trying to purchase the family plan now, but when I go to pay for it on the website it says, "This action cannot be performed at this time. Go to Http://www.xbox.com/support for more information.
I've tried this with both my debit card and my credit card (both have sufficient funds/credit to perform the action) and I receive the same message. Can anyone help me out?
