attempting to alter billing info on my account, it is stating that i need to use a specific PC, when i alter this security info it then loops me back to the PC error window

attempting to alter billing info on my account, it is stating that i need to use a specific PC, when i alter this security info it then loops me back to the specific PC error window, talked to live chat agent 'Brandi" and was told that the only was to fix this was to not talk to a live support person, but instead post to the forums?!?!

ummmm Have to wonder about that support person. Support should be able to help with this, ie your security proofs. If you update your security proofs it will take 30days before this change takes effect on your acct. In the mean time, call xbox support at 18004MYXBOX or set up a call back at support.xbox.com/.../contact-us and they can help you with changes to your billing info you need to make.
