Hey there! I left this info in your original thread, but I'll post it here for anyone else who takes a look: AT&T Has rolled out a possible fix very recently. We're getting the recommendation that you restart your gateway (so unplug the power cord for a
couple minutes) so even if you have recently please give that another shot. Any updates from us will be here:
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status But! If after you restart your gateway, you are still unable to get on LIVE, you'll want to contact AT&T here:
