AT&T Uverse Crashing when I turn on my 360

Hello, My xbox 360 is working like a on/off switch for uverse(dsl) modem. When I turn on my xbox my modem is no longer synchronized. Turn off the Xbox and my modem starts working again. I have posted this on the att support forums, and thought I would see if anyone else is having the same issue and might be able to help me here.

I'm going to assume your xbox is wired into the Uverse? If this is so you are either using a bad cable or your using a cable your router doesn't support. OR... you have your cables messed up.

cables are definately not the problem, next guess?

Some more info: I have had uverse since setember of 2011 and the xbox 360 slim since November. after a few tries of resetting the modem and router, i hooked it up directly to the modem, same problem. Tried wireless, same issue. And after reading your post tried several of my ethernet cables, still the same issue.

Turns out, that the cables were indeed not the problem. The Xbox 360 was providing to much power or two little to the network and was throwing it out of wack. Plugged into a different wall jack and it started working perfectly.
