Anyone have any suggestions for getting past "Customer Support" and getting to someone that can help recover my account?

My Xbox Live account got hacked at the end of Sep.  I've been trying to get it recovered ever since.   In late Oct I got an 'account recovery email' but never got the follow up one with the password reset link, but they had my windows live ID and gamertag mixed up between my two accounts anyway :(.

I've sent several emails and called customer support a half dozen times.  The only response I get is "ok, we'll send it over to the security group and it should be all set in a day or two", but then nothing happens and I call back and get the same answer.

The stack of games I want to play is piling up (and I want to keep my achievements so i don't want to use a different account ;).

Anyone have any suggestions for how I can get this resolved?

Though it's cliche, it's true- please help me, you're my only hope.
