Anyone else having problems with fifa 13

can't play more than 1 game. have to sign out and log back in after ever game in online season? can anyone help please

Is this issue with this game specifically, or the whole Xbox LIVE network? To see if anyone else is having an issue with this game, I recommend posting (or viewing) the posts in the FIFA Soccer '13 forum. However, if you have an issue with your connection, you're in the right place!

 

Are you being disconnected from Xbox LIVE? Or any issues with your connection in terms of having to sign out and back in with any other games? If you could provide us with a little more additional info, we will then be able to assist you as best as possible! :)

hi,

i only really play fifa online. but also have the problem with skygo app when changing channel.

some times disconnect others just finds an opponent then fails to connect. i then test connection and can play 1 game and then the same thing will happen again

Okay, could you first of all perform a Xbox LIVE connection test, and let us know if any errors show up?

 

(How to test Xbox LIVE connection):

  1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings and then select System Settings.
  2. Select Network Settings.
  3. Select Wired Connection (if you’re prompted to do so).
  4. Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

 

If any errors do appear in the process, view the Connection Error page for solutions, information and guides based on your issue specifically!

 

Also, I recommend you view the Xbox LIVE Disconnects | Xbox LIVE Slow | Speed up Xbox LIVE for further assistance in your disconnections, and also tips and guides on how to improve your Xbox LIVE connection. Also, if you would perform a Network Speed Test and post the results here, that would also help us narrow down the issue.

Any Error Codes you encounter: 
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? 
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

Hey there Romeo! Keep going with Link's questions/tips. He's taking good care of you. ^_^

I just wanted to post because I had another person having disconnect issues specifically with FIFA 2013. After some troubleshooting, we figured out that redownloading their profile fixed the issue.

So try this out:

-Delete your profile ONLY (do NOT delete profile and items; here's a guide: support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete).

-Clear your system cache 3 times in a row (yes, seriously, 3 times; here's a guide: support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache).

-Restart your console.

-Download your profile (use the first guide again).

Let us know how that works for you, and if it doesn't we'll keep going with Link's troubleshooting. I just wanted to make this post since I've seen this exact problem before. ^_^
