An on going Windows Live ID issue

This is a temporary account(twotechz) that I am using for the sole purpose of trying to get some help.My name is [REMOVED - DO NOT POST PERSONAL INFORMATION]. My main xbox live profile is CHIBOT. That is the gamertag of my profile im having issues with, CHIBOT. I was suspeneded from xbox live on my chibot profile until 11/5/2011. i have content that i have paid for (gears of war 3 dlc, arkham city dlc, etc) that i cannot access plus tons of other content ive paid for. The suspension message stated that an email was sent to the windows live ID account linked to that profile. Now heres where the problem is, I need the windows live ID associated with that account to be changed to this ID. I need for this ID ([REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR WLID]) to be the ID linked to chibot. However i have tried many times with the support of xbox and microsoft to accomplish this and we still havent figured out how to do that yet. Not only do i feel im being left out of part of the xbox live experience but i also feel that it is not a hard issue to resolve. the windows live ID that is currently associated with CHIBOT is [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR WLID], i know this because it was my mother's account years ago. My mothers name is Kathy L Ainsley. THIS EMAIL ADDRESS IS NO LONGER VALID OR EXISTENT, MAKING THE WINDOWS LIVE ID ASSOCIATED WITH IT IMPOSSIBLE TO ACCESS. so as you can see im running into many issues trying to find a way to "un-link" the chibot profile and the [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR WLID] ID. Please let it be clear that this is not a complaint about a ban, i cannot complain because i cant even access the email that explains why i was banned. I simply want this windows live ID issue to be resolved. Im taking this very seriously and trying to do everything i can to fix this so i can access my profile from my computer. Please, please help. Seeing as your account is banned , considering the remainder of the time left is very short , wait until you are off of your ban . Then you are free to sign in to your GT - ( CHIBOT ) "On your Xbox 360" and change your WLID via your "Account Management" tab under your profile options .

Also , while under a ban , you are NOT allowed to access Xbox.com with the BANNED profile .

Now once your no longer under your ban , if you need to know how to change your WLID .

Now there's pretty much nothing I can do until the ban is lifted but I don't think you are fully understanding my problem because the link was no help. The WLID that is associated w/ chibot does not exist anymore. Microsoft sent me an email saying that [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR WLID] was canceled because it hadn't ben used n so long. Not only do I not know the password but there is nothing I can do to retrieve it or get it to no longer be associated w/ chibot. What do I have to do 2 get this non existent WLID to be no longer associated w/ the gamertag chibot???

no. The phone support has told me 5+ times that they can't help me and that I needed 2 come on2 this forum for help. I'm almost 2 the conclusion that no matter how hard I try 2 get this simple issue resolved I'm jus gonna keep gettin the good ol microsoft run around.

thanks for the help xbox!........sarcasim, I've been tryng 2 fix this problem for years, I jus wish some1 could please help me. I would have sold my xbox by now but there are 100s of $ of content on it so I'd like to get my $s worth and get this working.

I do apologize for misunderstanding your problem "sort-of" .

But exactly as said above , NO ONE here can help you change / switch your WLID .

The only people who can help you with that is Official Xbox Support .

( 1-800-4MYXBOX ) .

Just keep calling until you get someone who understands your problem , and helps you out .

Instead of click send to back up email

Click other options

And fill out the form

The contact email should be the one where they can reach you at

Very important keep your contact info connected to windows live id upto date
