An error occured cancelling automatic renewal

That's the message I've gotten repeatedly while going through the steps required to cancel auto renewal. That's a bit scary! Guess I'll try later, eh?

Worst case call support in your region to turn it off

Thanks. I suppose I'll have to call them. Tried both Safari and Firefox with deleted cookies and still no go. I can edit any other aspect of my account, just not that one! I've requested a support callback. Fingers crossed!
