American Airlines lost my Xbox One and won't reimburse me.

Recently flew from Seattle to Texas to visit family. I packed my Xbox One in my luggage and American Airlines lost my bags. After speaking to personnel they informed me that I wouldn't be reimbursed for my Xbox One as well as many other things that I lost. Any help?

I apologize that you have lost your console while flying, It is a announce to lose something of value.

as fair I am aware you take any items with you at risk and that airliners are not responsible for loses, what I recommend doing is sending a letter to the complaints department to American Airlines asking if you can get any compensation.

There is only a limited things you could try and the chances are slim of getting any success, also did you have any kind of insurance that covers your Xbox One?
