ambassador signn up Problem

hi -

I am signed up to be an ambassador. I'm getting the instant messages but I still can not get into the forums nor do I have the icon. Since the e-mail we got tells us not e-mail that e-mail I didn't know who to contact. Its been over a week since I've signed up and it doesn't seem to want to work. thanks

I tried to sign up for the Ambassador's and I received this error. How can I fix it. Xbox Phone Support told me to do this.
