Ambassador Sign Up Issues

When I try to sign up for the ambassador program I keep getting and error this is the message below when my gamerscore is well above it. I contacted the manager of the ambassador program I've been waiting  2 week for the manager can microsoft employee add my profile LoH God of War to the ambassador program I even contacted phone support they can't do anything they said to go on the forums. I need a micosoft employee reply not ambassador. Lately lot of people I know are having the same problem. I've been waiting months to sign up and it keeps giving me this error.

Hm, are you sure you have over 1500G? :P

Just a little over... so I assume it was not within the past week or so, which generates errors sometimes...

Some other things - how often have you tried to apply?

Did you ever leave it for more than 48 hours before trying again, or have you been trying immediately?

If not, just leave it for a period of 48 hours then try again.

Have you renewed, or started, this current Gold subscription within the past week? If so, wait a week then try again.

If neither of those applies, send one of the 'Mister' or 'Misses' Support agents a PM.

Is it Miss Ermine you sent a PM to? If it's been a couple weeks it's probably slipped through a crack somewhere and not been seen. Either bump the PM or send another 'Mister' or 'Misses' Support Agent one and wait for a response.

Im gold for till 2/2014 and I try everyday to apply I left it for 48 hours and tryed again also no havent renewed or started gold within this past week  yes I sent meesage to Miss Ermine

I'm sorry to say that I don't have any information on an estimated date. I just know they're actively looking into it. =)
