hello,I need help with ambassaodr's megabot and I don't have access to the private forum.

New ambassadors such as ourselves haven't yet been given the badge or access to the Ambassador forums yet. Due to bugs in the system (it is still in Beta), approving new Ambassadors for access has taken a back step while they resolves the bugs first. Don't worry, We'll get there.

As for the bot, have you followed these steps?

To take questions through the Megabot via Skype, you must add the Megabot to your contact list through People.Live.com. To do so, follow these steps:

Sign in to People.Live.com with the Microsoft Account and password associated with your Ambassadors profile.

On the top of the screen, select "Manage" and "Invite on Messenger."

Once prompted, add the email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and press "Next."

You should see "XboxAmbassadors" appear on your Skype contact list shortly after.

Once you've added the Megabot, you should receive questions through Skype at random intervals. To adjust how often you'd like to receive a question - or to prohibit the bot from sending any questions - simply message the bot, and you will be prompted to configure your chat delay settings. You can change this setting at any time by messaging the bot.
