Ambassador Issues

Alright so i'm an ambassador for xbox live.Currently i'm not able access the ambassbank. I also cannot recieve or to request questions via msn. I don't really know what happening with it and i'm kinda hoping someone will have a solution to my problem. Hopefully it's just a glitch in the server and i'm not being removed from the ambassadors program. Also, the only thing i can actually access that's connected to the ambassador account would be my profile. Anyways, i hope to hear from someone soon.

Hey again Ranatomb! Have you tried the suggested steps in this thread from the Ambassy that Judge Bergan linked above: forums.xbox.com/.../409332.aspx 


If you have to no avail, your issue sounds like its related to some known issues that our Ambassador team Engineers are working on! Make sure to read through the posts made by XboxAmbassadors for more information. :)

No i haven't changed my email or gamertag connected to the ambassadors account.

This happened to me when I changed my email address associated with my account. If oyu did that recently, tweet @XboxSupport and they can get it sorted for you.
