Amazon - Gears of War 3 - Savage Kantus

Dear Xbox, 

I pre-ordered Gears of War 3(Regular Edition), I waited for about 2 months for Amazon to send it to my house. On September 21, I finally received the package containing the Gears of War 3 game, and the code for Savage Kantus. The next day, I attempted to type in the code for my "Exclusive character skin, Savage Kantus", but it just kept saying "Invalid Code. Please Try Again." After that, I contacted Amazon, but they said they cannot help me with my code. So I am here asking you people if you could help me, I have been playing Xbox for 5 years, I love the Gears of War Series. So if you could please help me, that would be GREAT.

You can go to live.xbox.com/.../Queue and see if the code was redeemed correctly.

If it is not in there - you can call support and check the card, if it still comes up invalid, you will have to go back to amazon to tell them all you found out.
