Amazing

Trying to buy an XBOX Gold Family Membership. 

MS says charge is not going through.  The Credit Card Companies two of them are saying they are getting a $1 verification charge thtat they are approving, and never getting a request for a full charge.

So I have an XBOX, can't buy the membership in the store and MS says sorry nothing we can do.

CAN YOU SAY CUSTOMER SERVICE ................. NO

If you are having issues with multiple payment methods, I would suggest contacting phone support about your billing account. You can also check on https://billing.microsoft.com to see if there is any owed or past-due amount that needs to be settled.

Tried two different ones.  One of the cards they are doing the $1 pre-authorization, the other, they never make a request to.  Now the answer is buy individuals at the store.  So I should spend twice as much money because a technology company can't figure out their own technology.  Ironic isn't it.
