We (the account in question is not mine, it is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) just bought a new hard drive for a 360 (E), which previously had internal storage, and some memory stick in the back. After trying to transfer everything to the hdd, we ended up with two profiles one on MU (internal store all usb sticks unplugged) and one on HDD. Now if we sign in with the MU account, it seems to connect to live, but the hdd one does not. If we try to play a game it disconnects us from live. If we try to go to Account in settings we get the following error code:-
We have removed the hdd for now. We have tried re-downloading the xbox live account.
Can you explain what this error code means and what we need to do in order to use the xbox with the hdd.
