After months of playing, Can't connect to Network/Internet/Live

I have been connecting to Xbox Live for months now, with little to no problem. I have reset my router multiple times as well as resetting my xbox to factory defaults.

What Country/State/Province do you live in? US, Georgia
Modem brand & model number: Netgear CG814G
Router brand & model number: Netgear CG814G
If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? Wired Connection
Things you have tried: Resetting router (multiple times), Resetting Xbox (multiple times)
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT? When I have been connected, it was Moderate, I now can not connect at all.
Any Error Codes you encounter: None.. I dont believe.
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Charter Communications
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)
W: 0000 - 000B
X: 4000 - 1001
Y: 0000 - 0000
Z: 0000 - 0000
ID: 0001 - 0002
L: 8015 - 1901
Q: 8007 - 0435
T: Wired
D: 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0

Hey guys, you will find no answers here, or anywhere through Microsoft; they have no clue why, and aren't willing to admit that there is  a design flaw in the Xbox. I have 2 PS3s that game online all day with no problems, then this Xbox that has been nothing but a nightmare to get and keep it online.

I would suggest the following,

Login to your router.

Click “Port Forwarding.” This link is located on the left side under the “Advanced” heading.

Type a relevant name for the port-forwarding rule in the “Name” field.

Type the program’s first port number in the “Start Port” box, and type the last port in the “End Port” box. If only one port is used, enter the same number in both boxes.

Click “Protocol” and select the type of network protocol the port uses. If unsure, select the “Both” option.

Type the IP address of the computer, media server, game console or other device in the “Local IP” box, then click the “Add” button. This automatically adds the custom rule to the Active Forwarding Rules table at the top.

Close the CG814WG Web page. Restart the software or device having the NAT problem to ensure changes take effect.

i would start  here make sure all your ports are open and triggered, its not an easy fix but its a good start:

support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup

that link should get you started in the right direction.
