After having a long time my name was forced to be change

Hello, I've had my account for a while and everyone knows me as CaptainRoidRage, I've recently had many issues with the account and have had to talk to several people at 1800-4my-xbox. 4 different service representatives that play xbox themselves and know the code of conduct at http://www.xbox.com/en-US/Legal/codeofconduct, have all said to me that name seemed to be within the guidelines. They explained to me that there are several different auditors that go through the names, and like I've said I've had this name for a while, I would like to argue with the auditor about my name that I've been paying for and have spent many many points on, or have someone change it back. After all the issues I've had for the past 3 weeks with my account, I would really appreciate this getting some real attention and not to be brushed off. THANK YOU
